We welcome Arizona to our Synergy Team in 2023. Arizona is an experienced musculoskeletal and women’s health physiotherapist who is moving to Wagga from Sydney. She completed her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Technology, Sydney after completing a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Movement Science at the University of Sydney.

Arizona has many years of clinical Pilates experience and will be taking on a number of matwork and reformer classes in the new year. She brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm and fun to our classes.

Arizona is also trained in dry needling and has an accomplished dance background. She has received distinctions in intermediate foundation, intermediate, advanced 1 and advanced 2 Royal Academy of Dance, as well as distinction in advanced 1 Cecchetti Ballet Advanced Foundation.

​

Arizona’s hobbies outside of work include pilates, dance, running, swimming, travel and health and wellbeing.
