Clinical reformer classes are instructed by a physiotherapist who is qualified in clinical reformer. These classes focus on posture correction as well as core and pelvic control. Our clinical reformer instructors are experienced physiotherapists who bring their own personality and skills to their classes.

A physiotherapy assessment is recommended prior to your first reformer class at Synergy, but is not compulsory. One of our physiotherapists can complete an individual musculoskeletal assessment to ensure that our classes are appropriate for your needs and so our instructors are aware of any injuries or areas you may like to work on.

NEW to our clinical reformer classes are a specific class for men, instructed by physiotherapist Tom. The classes run Tuesdays 8.00am and Thursdays 8.30am. They are a men's only class. All new and current clients are welcome to join!

Classes have a maximum of 10 participants.

45 minutes duration.

Grip socks are compulsory for all reformer classes for safety and hygiene, you can purchase these from Synergy Healthworks or your local sports store.

Clinical reformer classes are suitable in pregnancy up to 20 weeks. From 20 weeks we advise you transition into one of our matwork core classes or a semi private class.

Private health fund rebates are available, however these vary depending on  your health fund. Please contact your health fund for more information.
