Van completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University Canberra. Van grew up in Wagga, attending Wagga Wagga High School and returned to Wagga following her studies.
Van volunteers in a Wagga local church, ushering, counselling, teaching, supervising and directing 'at risk' high school students.
Van is a prominent figure in the Wagga Burmese community. She regularly acts as a translator and integrator of Burmese residents who have relocated to the Wagga region. She's attends medical appointments and interviews with these residents in her spare time.
Van is passionate about biomechanical correction and facilitation of safe work practices. She is involved with implementation of safe work practices at VISY paper mill in Tumut. Her areas of expertise extend to post-operative rehabilitation and repetitive strain injuries.
Van represents Synergy Healthworks in our coverage of Calvary Hospital and is well-known at Calvary for her enthusiasm, professionalism and a smile that lights up the room. We feel incredibly lucky to have Van working as a part of the Synergy team!
