Your Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming patients with energy and care

  • Efficiently booking appointments, answering telephone calls and handling enquiries

  • Patient billing (including but not limited to Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, NDIS, Aged Care)

  • Assisting with Accreditation Policies and Procedures

  • Directing clinical correspondence

  • General Administrative duties

  • Word Processing

  • Opening and/or closing of the practice

  • Setting up practitioner rooms and fitness studios as required

  • Assisting with high standards of cleanliness and organisation

  • Mentoring junior receptionists and trainees

  • Work closely with Practitioners, Directors and the Administration team.

 

The position is a full time weekday position; however, part time hours would be considered for the right candidate.

We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team!

An opportunity exists for a physiotherapist to join our team in whichever capacity suits you, whether it be private practice or hospital physiotherapy or a mixture of both. This is a great opportunity to work within a holistic setting alongside an experienced and supportive physiotherapy team, as well as other healthcare professionals.

 

We cover physiotherapy services in the local private hospital and have a broad hospital caseload available including neurological, orthopaedic, bariatric, and respiratory and aquatic physiotherapy. We have practices in Wagga Wagga, Junee, Gundagai and Narrandera.
