Physiotherapist / Pilates (Bach Physiotherapy. APAM)
Olivia completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University. Liv grew up in Wagga, attending Kildare Catholic College as a school student.
Olivia is an avid long distance runner, loves team sports, and has a long history as a dancer.
Olivia gained clinical experience in Acute Sports Physiotherapy in Port Macquarie and Canberra and she has a level 1 in both Sports Training, Taping/Strapping and Dry needling. Olivia has spent the last couple of years working as a physiotherapist with AFL NSW. Liv also has experience in neurological rehab and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy.
Olivia is also trained in reformer and matwork Pilates and and teaches sessions in both every week. Liv also teaches strength and balance classes for an ever-growing cohort of grey-haired legends. The classes are designed to reduce our clients' risk of falling, to improve balance and movement confidence, and to improve functional strength in everyday activities.
Liv is well-known around Synergy and at Calvary Hospital for her contageous smile, calm demeanour and excellent clinical skills. We feel pretty lucky to have snavelled her!
