Our trainer Finlay Taylor is passionate about ensuring that his clients achieve everything that they set their minds to. Fin tailors every session to suit clients' individual needs and is skilled at getting to the core of what motivates each person that he trains. 

 

With 17 years industry experience, Fin knows his stuff! He is currently studying Exercise Physiology at University.  In addition to general training qualifications, Fin has done further study in Boxing/Martial Arts, Functional Training, Strength & Conditioning advanced training, Kettlebell training, TRX Suspension Training, pre & post natal training, fitness training for children & adolescents, advanced sports rehab, level 2 bootcamps, VO2 max training, and training for older adults. 

Fin's sessions are held in a private sunlit studio, and are well suited to those who are not a fan of a typical gym environment. You can book into Fin either as a private session, or you can make it a social event and share the cost of the session with a couple of friends.
