Strength and Balance

Strength and balance classes are instructed by physiotherapists Dan and Brady. Classes are suited to people who wish to improve their balance, mobility and confidence. Classes are fun and interactive. 

Other benefits include:

A physiotherapy assessment is recommended prior to your first class at Synergy Healthworks. Our physiotherapist will complete a musculoskeletal assessment to ensure that our classes are appropriate for your needs and so that our instructors are aware of your injuries or weaknesses.

Class times:

  • Mondays 9am with Dan

  • Mondays 2pm with Dan

  • Wednesdays 2pm with Dan

  • Thursdays 9am with Brady

  • Thursdays 10am with Dan. 

Classes are 45 minutes duration.

Private health fund rebates are available, however these vary depending on  your health fund. Please contact your health fund for more information.
