Tai Chi at Synergy Healthworks is run by one of our Physiotherapists who has done additional training in Tai Chi. This means that classes are Health fund rebatable. DVA gold card holders can attend the classes at no cost to them (with a doctor referral). The classes focus on providing gentle and enjoyable exercise in a safe group environment. Classes are held weekly in our sunlit studio, where parking is easy and accessible.
