We have joined forces with Bounce Yoga to offer you Yoga with a difference!

 

Here at Synergy, we love practising yoga to a mix of music; from upbeat tunes for a Power class to get the body moving & into the vinyasa flow or something a bit more chilled for a slower Gentle class.

 

Our instructor Jenna completed her Yoga Instructor Training amongst the Himalayas in Macleod Ganj, India.

You don't need to be experienced to attend Yoga classes with Jenna - you need to do nothing more than book a mat and turn up!

Yoga is great for:
