Women's Strength Class for over 45s

Specially designed for women aged 45 and above, the Women's Strength Classes offer semi-private sessions led by an accredited  exercise physiologist, Karen Radburn. These classes cater to women who are interested in enhancing their functional strength and bone health. The primary focus will be on weightlifting techniques, accompanied by comprehensive guidance on exercise strategies tailored for this age group. Each class spans 45 minutes and maintains an intimate setting with a maximum capacity of 8 participants. The program is designed for optimum results when attended twice a week.   

Classes run Tuesdays, Thursdays at 7.30am and Wednesdays 12pm.                                                                                                                                                                                       

An exercise physiologist assessment is recommended prior to your first class at Synergy Healthworks. We will complete a musculoskeletal assessment to ensure that our classes are appropriate for your needs and so that our instructor is aware of any injuries or weaknesses.
 
Private health fund rebates are available, however these vary depending on  your health fund. Please contact your health fund for more information.
