Bridget completed a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. Bridget grew up in Wagga where she attended Kildare Catholic College.
Bridget is a country girl at heart. She can be spotted around Wagga riding horses, taking her dogs for a run or playing waterpolo and netball.
Bridget spent a number of years working as a Senior Physiotherapist in Sydney. Bridget takes particular interest in lower limb injuries, sports rehabilitation, and swimming and running assessments. Bridget completed Level 1 Sports Training and Taping Courses. She has completed additional courses in shoulder and back injuries and has completed formal training in the mechanics of swimming.
Bridget is a fully qualified clinical pilates instructor, and is trained in matwork and reformer pilates. Bridget teaches a number of classes in Wagga and Gundagai.
Bridget is also a fully qualified women's health physiotherapist.
We are very blessed that Bridget chose to be part of the Synergy Healthworks team. Her desire to come back to Wagga to return to her roots is a total win for us!
