Bridget completed a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.

After nearly 10 years of study and work in Sydney, Bridget returned to her hometown of Wagga Wagga. With Covid ruining travel plans, she met her now husband playing rugby and has settled into life on the farm (thank you Charlie!).

Bridge splits get time between our Wagga and Gundagai clinics. She really enjoys helping people return to activity and encouraging them to keep active through all stages of life. She has been involved in playing and working as a physiotherapist for many sports, particularly basketball, netball and rugby union. She teaches both matwork and reformer pilates in both Wagga and Gundagai and these classes are a highlight of her working days. She has undergone further training in women’s pelvic health physiotherapy and is enjoying the new ways this means she can help her clients.

Outside of work you can find Bridge doing any number of activities! She enjoys going to the gym, swimming and playing water polo. She loves being outside helping her husband on the farm and trying her hand at gardening- a work in progress!

We are very blessed that Bridget chose to be part of the Synergy Healthworks team. Her desire to come back to Wagga to return to her roots is a total win for us!
