Simone Vicary
Physiotherapist / Pilates / Lymphodema Therapist/ Women's Health Physiotherapist
(BSc Exercise Science, Doctor of Physiotherapy. APAM)

Simone is a born and bred Wagga girl!  As a student, Simone was involved in swimming, hockey and tennis. She enjoys the odd bit of snowboarding and paddle boarding too.

 

Simone completed her undergraduate studies at Wollongong University where she represented the uni for 2 seasons in hockey. Simone then went on to complete a Doctor of Physiotherapy in Sydney at Macquarie University.

 

Simone has always had a passion for health and fitness and has worked as a Personal Trainer for past few years whilst studying. Simone has a broad range of experience in hospitals, private practice and occupational rehab settings.

 

Simone’s key interests lie in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, lymphodema treatment, Women's health and neurological  rehabilitation.

 

Simone is a qualified Level 1 Sports Trainer and has worked with Redfield Rugby, Balmain Rugby,  Womens AFL, and Junior AFL. Simone covered the winning under 13s boys Sydney soccer team at the 2017 National championships in Coffs Harbour.

 

Simone is a qualified Matwork Pilates instructor.
